Brad Hayes
CEO/President

About Brad
As president and owner of TTG, it’s my mission to constantly fight for what’s right—for my customers, and for my team. I grew up during the “wild west” years of the telecommunications industry, but the explosive growth we’ve seen has formed the very principles of TTG—to help customers navigate the confusing and complex waters of data, voice and mobile technology. My reputation as a bulldog in the industry is because I’m steadfast and loyal to my customers and get them the services, pricing, and contract terms they need so they can successfully run their businesses today and into the future.
I extend this same loyalty and care to every one of my team members. As a younger man I often found myself getting overlooked for those deemed to be a “more prominent” choice. Now it’s my mission to root for the underdog, and I do this remembering the wise words of my first sales mentor: “Don’t try to show people how much you know before you show them how much you care.”
The skills I’ve developed over the years revolve around my joys—I love people and thrive on relationships. I enjoy challenges and like to break down complex issues into easily achievable sub-projects. I have proven both personally and professionally that you can do anything you put your mind to, even when others say it can’t be done. I enjoy giving back to the community by leading and participating in many unique fundraising events, volunteering my time with organizations who help the homeless, and promoting and supporting various local Christian events.
My two favorite activities outside of work are horseback riding and boating. A key factor around these activities is doing them with the people I love the most—family and friends. I also enjoy entertaining and putting on a good dinner, event, or party!
Steve Hearst
Director of Sales

About Steve
As Director of Sales for TTG, I will formalize the consultative sales strategy, highlighting the breadth of services TTG offers, focusing on client needs, and growing the sales and support teams. Hearst will also be working to ensure that TTG spends more time to regularly reach out to customers here in the U.S. and abroad.
I come to TTG with vast sales experience. My first job in direct sales was at MobileCom/USA Mobile in Northeast Ohio, where I sold communication systems to SMB and Enterprise clients including hospital organizations and government agencies.
As Channel Manager for Partners at Fujitsu throughout the Midwest, I broke Sales records competing with over 250 Salespersons. I helped our Partners learn the Consultative Sales process and supported them with technical expertise.
And, as VP of Sales for Accent, I helped a small organization develop into a much sought after Regional Telecom provider. We sold “white glove” treatment for clients that have unique Telecom needs in their business. My last 10 years at Accent, we had a Direct Sales Department and Channel Partners representing Accent’s customized product and services.
In each role, I was rewarded for my hard work and dedication with awards, promotions, and several company-wide honors.
When not at work, I enjoy hanging out at home with my wife and friends, reading biographies, listening to science podcasts, and training for my next marathon. I’m an electric vehicle enthusiast, and I have traveled the country with zero issues. I have driven – and even raced – several EVs since 2019, traveling throughout the Midwest, East Coast, and Florida.
Sandy Sheehy
Senior Manager, Data Managed Services

About Sandy
As Senior Manager of Data Managed Service, I lead TTG’s incredible team of data and security technicians and provide a true “white glove” service to clients through account management, engagement and negotiation of vendor contracts, strategic development of Data/Network services, and overarching operational management.
I am motivated by ensuring the success of my teams, working and growing through challenges, and achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients. I value honesty and integrity above all else—growing up in a military family, these values were instilled in me at a young age. They are at the core of who I am and guide me in my personal and professional life. I feel fortunate to have found a professional home at TTG, where honesty, integrity, and always doing right by our clients are guiding principles.
When I’m not at the office, you can find me in the stands at one of my kids’ sporting events, walking my beloved Bernedoodle, or, when possible, out for a short run. Time is so precious; I don’t want to miss a moment of this beautiful world.
Jo Schilling
Client Services Manager

About Jo
As Client Services Manager, I oversee daily operations to ensure service levels meet and exceed client expectations. I provide expert telecom and data infrastructure consultation, manage complex project rollouts, and troubleshoot service issues. My role includes process development, vendor management, and fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes growth and accountability.
Driven by a desire to provide for my children and break barriers as a minority and immigrant, I emphasize innovation, empathy, and authenticity in my personal and professional life. I strive to create positive, impactful experiences for others, whether leading teams or serving my community. Outside of work, I am dedicated to a faith-based service in my community, which is focused on helping individuals who have experienced traumatic life events. I am in the early stages of launching a nonprofit organization driven by my vision to help as many people as possible. I also embrace learning and growing through traveling and learning from different cultures.
I feel my Master of Business Administration degree from Franklin University and my BSc in Construction Management from Joseph Ayo Babalola University have helped me build a solid foundation in leadership, strategic planning, and customer service in all my professional endeavors.
