Depending on your need, TTG will spearhead new order management and tracking, take charge of service implementation and expectations, etc. And, with our online tool, you will see each step we take.
You can reach the Service Desk via phone or email from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. In the case of an emergency, you can submit a ticket to our service portal. Simply select the ‘immediate response’ option, and our on-call staff will be notified immediately.
